ZIND HUMBRECHT RIESLING CLOS HAUSERER 2005
VW: Much more reserved on the nose than that on the palate. Packed with tropical fuits and bright acidity that almost gave a tingling feeling on the tongue. Full bodied, just lightly sweet with a long finish that’s loaded with minerals. This got better and better as the dinner progress. More time in the cellar would definitely brings the potential out of it. It’s Zind Humbrecht, you wouldn’t expect less. 92 (Feb, 2009)
AC: That night the food should be the focus but this wine certain steal the show. I have always been spoiled by drinking good red and certainly more so for white. One thing for sure is that good white gets better and better after open and this is definitely the case here. The way they make these slim bottles just makes you think the wine gets drunk too fast! – 94 (don’t they always give higher score for whites?
